These passive lipstick single coils pickups offer the sweet round bottom warmth, tight middle and top-side clarity you crave in a classic tube size.
These are wax potted, moderately hot wound pickups and boast an Alnico 5 bar magnet style for rounded and dynamic performance. The lipstick cover style gives you a tube-slick, smooth yet biting visual. The alnico magnets in these pickups provide warm tone for expansively creamy sound and hot and bothered play. The bar magnet offered in these Lipsticks can help you avoid string-to-string definition loss and provide strong string response in a variety of playing styles. These can give you an even dynamic for sweep picking and are preferred by players who want to help make sure bends and vibratos will not choke out.
These Lipsticks Strat Single Coils are unique and offer you the chance to play this style without having to mod your standard pickup hole. They utilize the standard Strat flat-bottom plate mounting style and will not work in a set-up that requires Dano/DanElectro mounting.
With dedicated positions for performance enhancement and differentiation, each pickup is wound specifically for a particular position so these pickups are not position interchangeable.
