East German solid body guitar, made between 1964 and 1973 in Markneukirchen, GDR - this model is one of the finest solid body guitars ever produced in the Eastern Bloc
Perfect action and intonation (4mm at 12th fret), neck has a U profile, feels almost like a classical guitar - frets are in good condition - tuners still original.
This model has the more desirable tremolo, and the more sought after pickups (Simeto Type 2b single coil) with a complex switching system, which includes a banjo setting and works 100%
Reasonably good cosmetic conditions, considering the age, the pick-guard has 2 cracks, which is perfectly normal on this model and doesn't impact the playability.
Comes in a hardshell case.
