On pic five, you can see then the fretboard seems out of is axe on bass side, but check the dot position markers right in the center between A and D strings. Looks like fretboard wasn't enough wide on bass side, or to wide on high side... You decide.
The action and intonation are fine, and it sound crispy with no sustain
