The guitar is in excellent condition, but has some minor surface wear in the finish due to being a "show" guitar, but no nicks or anything going into the wood. The matte black finish just magnifies everything. No play wear, and frets are very clean.
But if you are looking for a high end boutique guitar with tone, playability, and magical vibe this is the one!
This brand new WR model, the Vetta, is based off of a Gretsch Corvette, as those are now only made overseas, WR decide it was time to build something in the same spirit.
The shape was changed a little, the pickguard redesigned to fit the body contour, the headstock keeps also the same vibe but is slightly different to make the guitar unique.
This guitar is NOT a parts guitar, everything was made by hand from a lumber piece.
this is not like a guitar kit that anybody can buy and assemble, it requires intense work and great craftsmanship...
Painted with Nitrocellulose Lacquer to keep the vibe and feel of an older instrument, NO polyester (a thin finish definitely helps the guitar resonate)
Unlike the others so called high-end custom shops it is truly a handmade, no CNC, only craftsmanship.
Comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity and a hard Case.
