I've had an SG Firebrand since 1980- great guitars, and this one is no exception. Some players wear, and the bridge pickup has been replaced with a Duncan Distortion. If a Duncan Distortion's not you, we may have something else, but had a Lace Sensor bridge pickup when we got this Les Paul, and that wasn't me.
The neck pickup is the original Gibson with a 1980 stamp. These were walnut guitars, looks like mahogany, but a harder brighter wood, and a really cool sound. Ebony board, and a lot of bang for the buck in a 36 year old USA made instrument. only odball thing I could mention is the back plate had a little hole drilled in it, and we glued a small piece of pickguard material over it on the inside. Minimal fret wear, great neck, comes with a gig bag. Thanks for looking!
