The "Brian Moore" MC/1, is no longer made and now is a collector’s item. This was Brian Moore's original top-of-the-line signature guitar.
This handsome guitar, serial #585, signed by Brian Moore, is in very good to mint condition, looks and plays great.
The unique "Composite" carbon-shell body provides an extremely stable "stay-in-tune" construction and is finished with a beautiful flamed maple top in a design that features an ergonomic neck-thru construction with a solid-mahogany tone block adding lots of sustain. The 25 1/2" scale neck is fitted with 24 jumbo frets and is finished with a rare solid ebony fretboard.
It has the original 3 pickup configuration (my understanding is that the MC/1 was equipped with Seymour Duncan pickups): 1 Humbucker – bridge position, 2 Hotrails – middle and neck position, with a coil tap on the tone control for splitting options – it also has an "acoustic" Fishman Piezo bridge pickup – all providing many versatile tones.
The strings are anchored on a Fishman Piezo tremolo bridge and Sperzel locking tuners keep the guitar in tune.
The original Hardshell case is included and comes with a Brian Moore pillow veil and other case candy.
