This is a Peavey Vypyr 120W head with a Peavey 4x12 cabinet. This amp has only been used once a year since it was bought (maybe 10 years ago) and is more than enough for an outdoor gig with a full band. This amp has amp modelling and built-in effects. Speaker cable and power cable included. The jack plate in the back is a little janky. The plate fell out because the chord got yanked when it was plug it. The actual connection is still fine but I had to glue the plate back on the to cab with wood glue.
