This is a neat guitar/toy for a tike to make some noise on and play some notes. I'm all for truth in advertising, and the nature of the beast with these is inexpensive components and toy factory build that are definitely as much toy as instrument. 

Intonation is rough and non-adjustable, and tuning is kind of a moving target given the very inexpensive open-gear tuners, so once the little guitar slinger is ready to move on from single notes to chords, this is likely a goner.

That said, would I have had a blast making some noise with this as a little kid? Absolutely. The amp works, and the action actually isn't terrible. So, as long as no one is hoping that First Act cracked a secret code and figured out how to build a sweet guitar and amplifier for under fifty bucks, this will be a fun one for a future rocker to bang on. 

Some scratches and dings here and there, and some of the stickers that label the tuners are missing. Other than that, everything works as well as things work on these!

I'm not taking returns on this one unless the guitar doesn't function or is damaged in transit, because this is definitely an "it is what it is" item. Please feel free to ask questions, and don't buy one of these unless you're comfortable with keeping your expectations low and rolling with it!
