This is for a 100% Original Rare Epiphone Harry Volpe Vintage Hollowbody Archtop, this one has the More Rare Natural finish of the 2 Finishes Offered. This is a Beautiful Guitar that Plays and Sounds Wonderful and it has some of the Coolest Parts I have seen on a Factory Guitar with Original Clear Speed Knobs! Floating Pickup and Beautiful Plastic Tip Tuning Keys. Rare Original Brown Leather Looking Soft Case. The Original Owner Put His initials on the Headstock in old Waterslide Decals, personally I love things like that on Old Guitars, just adds to character. Now to a couple of issues it has. The Original Binding Shrunk and it is raised in a couple of spots on the body. The Binding is not Broke and it stable as it has been like this for as Many as 30 years. I am sure the right Luthier Could Heat the Binding and Put it back in place, I had no problems with the guitar as it is. The Back Plastic Strap button broke off and needs to be replaced, but otherwise there are no other issues. Original Pickup Is very Warm and Fat sounding. I was surprised how Big the tone was with this Guitar. Original Pickguard is in Great Shape. It has Finish Checking Throughout but that is very Common and it helps you know the Guitar is original. This is a Very Cool Functioning Collectable Guitar with Great Quality, Playability and tone.
