Here is a really good deal for two tube preamp channels..don't miss out! These are much like an ampex 600 with this mod. You can sweeten your mixes with real tube warmth, add some color.. record directly to tape or DAW.. or you can use it as a low wattage tube guitar amp that sounds awesome and is great for recording because you get nice tube break up at lower volumes.. the amp section is around 6-8 watts..  kinda like a princeton or champ.. very versatile.. you won't be disappointed in this.. especially if you are into creative recording..  

Very nice modded Akai / Roberts all tube preamp.. Class A mono block amplifier. 2 channels can be used at the same time for recording.. One channel is an EF86 tube pre with an XLR input and 1/4 out. This channel is very detailed and uses a Shure M67 Input transformer to get that real vintage, warm sound especially on vocals.  The other channel is a 12ax7 that has 1/4 in and out so you can go direct with a guitar, bass, dynamic mic, keyboard or whatever..  Also the bonus is.. You can use the 12 ax7 as a low watt power amp.. There is an EL84 power tube and rectifier and a speaker level output. This thing will pump a 12 inch speaker and sounds really nice. You can chain the two channels together for more gain and experimentation.. Its a real versatile piece of equipment to have in your recording studio.
