Infinity Kappa 8 Vintage Speakers ~FULLY RESTORED~ Piano Finish ! LOOK !

What happens when you take something thats originally beautiful and transform it into something like never before ? You get an outstanding result unlike anything you've ever seen. Thats exactly what these Vintage Infinity Kappa 8 Speakers have undergone. From top to bottom, inside and out. Lets admit it, designs and styles of modern day homes simply don't match with the golden years of what stereo speakers have to offer us. The Entire speaker cabinet has been sounded down to 3000 Grit to remove all of the aged coating, it has been professionally redone in an Olde Maple Stain & Polyurethane mixture, finished with a wet sanding process and polished to a piano finish. The Speaker bases were sanded down to the original MDF Plates. Coated in 5 Layers of High Gloss Ebony stain and polyurethane which have also been wet sanded & buffed to a piano black finish. The contrast of the piano black bases with the outlining Olde Maple cabinets is absolutely gorgeous. Needless to say, they sound as good as they look - absolutely fantastic.

The original Kappa Polydome's that age terribly have been replaced and upgraded with the exact 4 Ohm compatible drivers that look, sound and install beautifully into the original cabinets. They have been connected with upgraded gold connectors and properly color coded during install to differentiate the positive and negative leads.

Both 12" Woofers have been professionally refoamed and have also been reattached with gold connectors.

Both Emit Tweeters work beautifully ( Front and rear on both speakers )

Polygraphs are in excellent condition and are all original.

Both speaker grilles were stripped of there aged material and refitted with new acoustic cloth while also sporting the original Infinity logos towards the lower portion of the speakers. ( all of the pegs on the speaker grilles are still intact and have not broken off )

I have compared them to speakers costing $25,000 and up and I still believe these sound much better ! So heres a chance at owning a rare piece of Arnie Nudells speakers while also having the looks to match with our modern day homes.

BOTH Speakers are of Consecutive speaker Serial Numbers and are not mismatched like most. They will come with a copy of the original owners manual in a plastic protective sleeve.
