How To Make A Return
If you’re unsatisfied with your order, the return period for NEW items is within 14 days of your invoice; return period for USED & VINTAGE items is within 7 days of your invoice. You will receive a full refund/credit/or exchange of the item(s) contingent upon the condition or situation (some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%).
New items must be returned within 14 days of invoice (7 days for Used & Vintage) and be in the condition and specifications below:
New instruments/items must be returned in the same condition it was shipped (original condition, no signs of wear or use, including, but not limited to pick scratches, buckle rash from belts, damage to the case or instrument, or included product materials. The instrument must include the original packaging materials, paperwork, manuals, warranties, instrument accessories, and certificates/tags that were shipped with the instrument, or we may subject a 15% restocking fee). As soon as we receive your item(s) and confirm the above requirements, we will process the return quickly.
All Returns must be received by the Music Den within 10 days of the day you received the Return Authorization #.
The Music Den obtains the right to refuse returns if the above criteria is not met.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
The following items cannot be returned: Sheet Music, Books, Reeds, Strings, Harmonicas, Microphones, Clothing, CD's, Videos, DVD's, and Software.
Special orders can only be returned at the discretion of a Store Manager with a restocking fee added. All deposits on special orders are non-refundable.
When you ship your item, make sure that your RA# is printed clearly on the outside of the package.
Please allow 1-3 days extra for International Shipments in order for us to fill out appropriate forms and documentation.
