Selling my Thorens TD 145 mk ii turntable. Has been housed in a smoke-free, climate controlled home. Comes with a stylus (replaced a few years back). The unit turns on and plays in 33 1/3 perfectly. Power plug and rca cable (attached) are in perfect condition. Found a few selling on eBay for $1,000 but I knocked the price down for a few reasons:
1. The unit plays in 33 1/3 perfectly but is at the moment not functioning at 45 rpm. The belt stays on the 33 1/3 rpm even when switched to 45 rpm. This is a cheap, quick fix at any repair shop that fixes turntables.
2. The unit comes with the original latch cover, but one part of the latch hinge (right-hand side) is broken off.
3. The unit is cleaned and has been well kept, but there are some scuffs on the latch and the unit as pictured above.
