Got this from musician's friend when I wanted to learn lap steel. Once I got better, I wanted better tone from it. Replaced the original pickup with an alnico V strat pickup. Also, the input jack used to be in the scratch plate right by the bridge and the cable tended to get in my way. Moved the jack to the front of the instrument and used a strat jack plate to the cable points to my right. Chrome scratch plate has been scuffed up and there are nicks and dings. Got all the major ones in pictures. Currently strung up with 12's and tuned to D. Has a nice open, gritty tonality. Sweet enough to play clean, but also likes the overdrives and wah pedals. Gig bag included.
