AMI -gmbh of Germany is behind this branded Sigma guitar as I believe they bought the rights to the name for the European market where as Alvarez has the rights for the Sigmas that are sold in the US, this one is in pristine condition and plays and sounds great. With a solid Spruce top and laminated Rosewood back and sides. This is a guitar inspired by the Martin D45 as Sigma was once upon a time a Martin brand. I know its confusing but this is a fine guitar for anyone looking for an aesthetically and acoustically pleasing instrument. Comes with a soft Hardcase.
