Not fully sure what to call this one, but reckon it was a Sola Sound
branded Vampower build originally, but the clipped off front panel might
have been factory, no real need to have clipped it off for the
presumably new sleeve in its history. Other half of the intact example
had the model SS100. Its basically a vampower, with the bite control.
Clearly had a life, and seems to have a power resistor that wasn't
soldered at one end from new, but it apparently worked enough to have
been used a lot. Put new caps in underneath the chassis to retain the
symmetry on the top, few resistors and such replaced inside. New valves.
The built in 'bite' distortion is not to my taste, the clean is mighty,
but think that distortion is part of the Vampower magic people are
after. Welcome to come try, got cabs about.
