The Soyuz Microphones 013 Microphone is baed on the same capsule as the Soyuz Microphones SU-011 tube microphone but features a different FET preamp. With over a year year of research and development, the folks at Soyuz have worked very hard to develop their own transformer, which gives the SU-013 a rich and beautiful sound. As with all their microphones, the 013 is 100% handmade in the Soyuz facility in Russia.
