This is a complete analog-to-digital conversion kit for 5 or 6 string bass. The G50 unit also works for guitar. As well, it has an integrated tuner.
The included pickup is the Yamaha B1D. It has a volume control, a switch to select guitar, synth or a mix of the two, and buttons to go up and down patches.
Included is the PSU for the G50 and the proprietary midi cable (13 pin).
A brain is NOT INCLUDED. You will need a synthesizer module or similar to accept midi signals from the G50. Your normal midi pedal will control your synth by selecting patches, banks, etc.
I cannot test it as I do not have a synth to run it through.
