Sequential Circuits Prophet 5 Rev 1 & 2 *rear large badge* NEW

As the title says, this is a brand new reproduction, large badge that fits on the back of earlier Sequential Circuits Prophet-5 Rev 1 and Rev 2s. These are often missing as they sometimes need to be removed when repairing the power supplies. The back is self-adhesive, but may need some additional glue depending on how clean the surface of your Prophet-5 is. There is a photo of a Prophet 5 Rev 2 posted as a reference. Shipping will include a tracking # and in a shipping tube that will protect the sticker from being bent.
