The knob offered is an official McIntosh part from the estate of a retired audio company salesman. McIntosh was one of their premier brands!
It is new and un-used but came in a factory bulk bag (as in the picture) so there may be tiny scratches or dings as a result. Your part will not be in a McIntosh bag unless it was bagged as a single.
This knob does not have a milled "D" shaped hole! I has a circular hole with a compression fit insert to work with "D" shape shaft ends, This knob can be used on the following models and may work on others. C20, C22, C26, C28, MX110, MX112, MX113, MX114, MR71, MR74, MA6100.
