This is a late 1970's or early 1980's Wildwood banjo. I am the original owner. At the time, I believe this was called the Artist model and was their top of the line banjo. I was influenced by Wildwood's Art Rosenbaum endorsement in a Sing Out magazine ad. Solid maple construction with a tubaphone tone ring. It has beautiful Paramount style inlays. The banjo is in great shape with some wear marks from over 30 years of playing including one trip to New Zealand. There is some finish distortion on the back of the neck under the 2nd and 14th frets. The heel cap shows wear with a small chip in the point. RR spikes at frets 7, 9, and 10. I replaced all the hooks a few years ago. It has a Remo Weather King head. I used a pre-mounted skin head for many years, but it developed a tear and was replaced. I preferred the sound with a skin head. Includes used TKL gig bag.
Shipping will be determined by location - actual costs only. I tried to use "actual cost" in the shipping box but it came out as "Free" on the listing. I just shipped a banjo to Colorado - $99. If your location is nearer central PA I will adjust the shipping before you pay or refund $50 - actual cost.
Money orders also accepted. I can then estimate the actual shipping costs.
