Stunning UK made Burns custom ‘Legend’ / Hank Marvin Guitar from the early 90s in excellent condition.
Made in the UK by Barry Gibson and his team at Burns London and based as closely as possible on the original Burns guitar designed for Hank Marvin in the mid ‘60s. This is one of the first batch of re-issues (#194) when Jim Burns was a consultant at the then newly relaunched Burns company.
The guitar comes with its original Burns-branded Hiscox case. The guitar uses similar woods as those original guitars – tulipwood for the body and steamed beech for the neck – and has the same neck pocket shape too, unlike modern reissues.
These guitars really are as close to the original Burns Marvin guitars as you can get. They are exceptional quality, play fantastically and sound great.
