2002 Hamer Monaco Elite in rare BCR burst. Chambered, 7lbs, 13oz.
Super light, great playing, great sounding LP style guitar.
Very few Monaco Elites were chambered and even fewer are in this nice dark BCR sunburst (custom ordered by BCR Music & Sound).
The pickups have been changed out to a Seymour Duncan 59 in the neck and a Custom in the bridge.
Frets are in excellent condition.
It did have Sperzel tuners installed at one time but the original Schallers are installed now and cover the holes for the Sperzels.
Faber INserts have been installed, which give more solid coupling between bridge and body than the stock hardware.
The guitar does have some wear. There are a few dings, all of which are shown in the pictures except for one below the controls, near the edge. I couldn't get it to show up in the pics.
There is worming on the back but none goes through the finish and the back is glossy.
Knobs have been replaced with new ones as one was splitting.
Comes in original hard case which is in good condition but does have some oxidation on the latches as shown in the pictures.
