EMT-251 Reverb in mint condition (with the EMT-250 card and algorithm)

Hi, I'm selling this beautiful Vintage piece of equipment, this one is part of the recording industry history.

This piece was treated with care inside of a temperature-humidity controlled recording private non-commercial facility, where smoking is not allowed. This equipment was all the time under the control of highly qualified recording professionals. Therefore, this equipment is in mint condition.

Just so you have the complete information this unit is the 251 with the EMT-250 card and algorithm with a new display, full maintenance service cycle done by David Kulka in LA, completely rewired, recapped and refurbished by David Kulka in a very nice esthetical condition, I have the invoice of the maintenance service. This one is the most equipped custom made version of the legendary 250.

EMT 251 Digital Reverberation System
About 250 250’s were built, and they sold for about $20,000 each. I’m not sure whether EMT recouped their investment, but the machine was a huge milestone in recording technology that heralded a real turning of the corner for the audio industry. Within a few years, EMT had released the 251, a revised model with an LCD display and increased functionality. The 251 offered extended frequency response, additional parameter controls, more programs, and a remote control port in the same “sci-fi” package.
