Rare vintage Sony C77 FET Tele Microphone in competititon with the Sennheiser 804/805 shotgun mic in the early '70s.  22.5" long.
Features 2-way design (a transducer for lows, and one for highs) in an interference tube. Powered by internal 9V battery. Ring switch with BATT check (LED) position, off, lowcut 1, lowcut 2. Impedence selector for 50, 250, 600 ohms. Boost box for additional +6, 12, 18dB output gain, with a headphone amp built-in. Comes with spider mount for stand or handheld use; elastics are a bit tired. Bonus Rycote hybrid shockmount included.  Overall very good condition for a working field mic with minor cosmetic dings.  On power-up the LF comes on first, followed by the HF section seconds later.  The tone is warm and output level similar to a dynamic mic (hence, the booster box).
