This genuine 1964 Fender "No Logo" Precision Bass hardshell case is in nice condition for it's age & has no structural issues, just obvious cosmetic wear.
All latches & hinges work excellent & both latches & hasps on either end have nice, springy action. Hinges are all in excellent shape & case closes nice & flat.
Interior wear is minimal & only real visible area is some wear-through to lining wear it makes contact with neck plate. The lid has an area that has come loose (see pic) from the top, but seems to be stable as it is & would be very easy to just re-adhere.
Case has some outlines to the top where stickers have been removed & an area that looks to have been painted over. You may be able to clean it up to be much nicer. I prefer not to mess with same as do not want to risk messing up the tolex.
This case is for a Precision Bass ONLY & is just a tad too short for a Jazz Bass.
A very decent & solid period correct Fender case for your cherished old P Bass!
