Kramer/Ferrington 1990 ? acoustic strat

You are bidding on a PROTOTYPE Kramer/Ferrington guitar.  This was sold as a one-off employee guitar. The guitar is in very good condition.    The shark fin inlays date this beastie to the early 90's.  This is one of a kind and a great addition to any Kramer collection.  

In 1985 Kramer hired famed luthier Danny Ferrington to design guitars for them. These radical acoustic guitars were designed to play and feel like an electric yet still offer a true resonant acoustic tone. From ‘86 to ‘92 these unique guitars were in production and endorsed in advertisements by some of the greatest guitarists of the day such as Dweezil Zappa and Eddie Van Halen.

This acoustic electric 6 string sounds great plugged in or acoustically and is perfect for anyone who feels more comfortable on electric that is looking for an acoustic sound. Condition is terrific especially considering this guitar's age. Just of few minor dings from very light play ware.

Don’t see too many of these Ferringtons up for sale and the 1classical neck makes this a one of a kind guitar ! This is a great example of the innovative and unique designs the Kramer company has built their name and reputation on. This vintage Ferrington 6 string is definitely one of the most collectible and sought after models in the company's line and will only be harder to find in years to come.
