4114 Effects Flux Capacitor Overdrive

This is a 4114 effects flux capacitor overdrive. As you can probably tell, this pedal is based on the back to the future films, with the pedal being finished like a DeLorean. As you can see, this is an incredibly cool pedal to look at - the flux capacitor light pulses blue and the needle little red dial actually moves with the intensity of the input signal.
The pedal not only looks great, it is also a fantastic sounding pedal. The circuit is based on two classic overdrives, an Ibanez TS808 tubescreamer and also a Rat. The TS808 is a milder overdrive which is brilliant as a clean boost and stacks very well with other overdrives. The rat is a much more aggressive overdrive with more gain. These two modes are selected with a switch on the top of the pedal and there are control knobs to adjust parameters as expected.
Power wise, the pedal just needs a regular boss style 9v adapter, which is not included with the sale.
I have used this pedal only at home and have looked after it. It was custom ordered in 2016 from 4114 effects in the U.K. who also make a delay version of this pedal which has been used by players such as Ryan Adams.
Being a small operation, 4114 don’t make these often at all, so this a very rare opportunity to get this amazing looking and sounding pedal which is incredibly unique in the world of pedals.
The unit is complete with the original box.
