The 1690T Coronado is our top-of-the-line 1964 reissue Supro tube amplifier. True to the original, this luxurious 2 x 10, 35-Watt combo delivers remarkable dynamic range with a clear, full sound. The Coronado maintains clean headroom throughout a large chunk of the volume control’s range, making it an excellent platform for a myriad of musical styles, from fat round jazz tones to country twang, stinging blues and— when ramped up to full throttle—raging rock & roll.

The bold and classic American tone of the 1690T amp is defined by the “Class A” dual-6L6, tube-rectified Supro power amp that is also found in the Thunderbolt amp. Feeding all of this touch-sensitive power through a pair of high-power Supro drivers, the Coronado’s tone remains clear, even when it’s distorted. The 1690T has ample headroom to accommodate pedals and gets easily loud enough to play large-venue and theater stages.

The Coronado’s two-channel preamp provides a broad spectrum of sounds with its dual volume and tone controls as well as shared tremolo circuit. Plugging into IN 1+2 links both preamp channels in parallel for double the input signal and double the gain. This clever topology lets you hit the power amp as hard as necessary and even allows “channel switching” in its purest form, using a simple A/B switch.

The 1964 reissue Supro Coronado’s vintage-correct, lightweight cabinet carries a matched pair of custom 10” Supro speakers to deliver serious punch and remarkable articulation even when the amp is pushed into exultant tube saturation. Custom-designed high-power Supro transformers and matched 5881/6L6WGC military-spec power tubes ensure consistent vintage tone night after night.

Expedited Shipping
Choosing Next Day Air or Second-Day Air may not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online if the item is backordered or not in stock. You will receive your order 1-2 days after we have acquired the item(s) in our warehouses. In the event of a backorder, you will be notified via email within 24 hours of order placement. You may at that time cancel the order or continue with the order at your option. We strive to keep our inventory well stocked to avoid backorders.

Drop Shipments
To have an item drop shipped, the billing address of the credit card used to place the order must be provided. will not drop ship any item without confirmation of the billing information. Once this information is verified, your order will be sent to any ship-to address provided. Due to Merchant Services regulations, you may be required to provide additional information. All applicable shipping fees will be charged to the customer/purchaser.

Returns Information

Damage Products
All claims must be made within 14 days of the date of shipment (not receipt) for all deliveries. The claim can be initiated by you or a representative. All original packing materials and/or boxes must be saved and made available for inspection, in order for a damage claim to be considered by the shipper. will not be liable for any monies lost if the claim is not filed within the required time period.

Defective Products offers a 14 day (from date of shipment) replacement or credit policy for defective products. Customers who do not want an item repaired or replaced can request an (RMA) return authorization number, however a 20% restocking fee will be assessed to cover testing, repair, cleaning and repackaging expenses.

Non-Defective Product Returns
Non-defective (Buyers Remorse) products can be returned within 7 days if returned unopened, for credit less S&H and a 20% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts.

Return Notes
All returns must be pre-approved by applying for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To accomplish this, please Email Us and include a description of the issue. Any item returned or refused without applying for an RMA, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 1 business day with an RMA number and instructions for sending back the item(s). The RMA number, once provided, is valid for 2 weeks only. You must re-package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you, with all components, materials and documentation. If you received your item double boxed, it must be returned in this manner. Once shipped, Email the tracking number(s) to us with your LightingelStore order number. We will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Return shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of wrong product shipment.

Product Warranties
All warranty service for original customers is provided by the manufacturer of the product. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges if any to the warranty location (check manufacturers policy). This warranty does not cover any loss of business, profits, or other consequential damage, either real or perceived, that may have resulted from any malfunction of the product. Damage from flood, lightning strikes, earthquake, any other acts of God, mishandling, dropping, or infestation is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is also void if the manufacturer determines that the product has been damaged due to insufficient packaging during any return shipment. The manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether alterations have been made, or damages caused, by such facts that would serve to void the terms of this warranty.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, manufacturer data error, description and/or errors in pricing, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, shall immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account.
