Here's a somewhat rare Trinity College TM475 Oval Hole Celtic Mandolin.

This is the top of the line for the Trinity College mandolin brand.  The lower level, and very popular, TM250 is still produced but it's a basic flat top.  The TM450 is a carved top / arch back with a solid Sitka Spruce top and solid Rosewood back and sides.  It's fully bound with a gloss finish.  They pretty much went all out on this one.  It sounds great and responds to your dynamics like only an oval hole can do - so sweet.   Strumming is loud and full.  You can feel this one humming.

This is standard NOS - it's like new.  I believe these have been out of production for several years and not many were made.   You can own this one for less than the price of the new TM250.

It's a very nice Celtic style with fresh John Pearse strings.  Currently strung with 11-39.  I'll throw in a set of 10-34 if you prefer to play lighter gauge.  If you'd like me to change the strings and adjust the neck relief, let me know.   I'll set it up nicely for you.  No charge.
