- Up for sale is a USED Ibanez BTB1905E Premium, RH right-handed, 5-string Electric Bass Guitar. This guitar comes in the finish of Brown Topaz Burst and this beauty is in excellent, 100% functioning condition. It is VERY CLEAN (recently thoroughly cleaned!) and was kept in a clean, properly humidified, smoke-free, pet-free environment.

- This BTB 1905E features a heavy neck-thru constructed of Wenge, and Bubinga. It has Mahogany wings, capped on both top/ face and back with some nice flame maple pieces. It has a 35" inch scale, Abalone off-set dots, and a thick Rosewood fretboard with 24 STAINLESS STEEL FRETS, including a zero fret, (NICE!). It currently has Aguilar Super Doubles installed in both the neck and bridge pickup positions. It also has a 3-band EQ, and has Gold hardware; Gotoh tuners. The Mono-rail V bridge enables each string to have equal clarity and superb sustain. With all the unique wood combos this bass has, as well as the construction, it sounds and feels awesome, and plays phenomenally.  This bass guitar weighs a total of 9 lbs, 7 oz.
- The fingerboard and fret treatment on this bass are absolutely outstanding (SEE PICS), just a bliss to feel and play, especially for how dense the neck is. Soundwise- this beast has defined, warm lows with great midrange prominence and attack. It has clear, articulate, thick highs. It can be aggressive and cut through a mix with ease or it can be round, warm, and smooth; blending in, while still being heard. The low bass frequencies are also well defined, as the Low B string, especially on this constructed bass, really rumbles the guts when dialed in.
- The Brown Topaz Finish looks very cool firsthand. I originally saw pictures of this bass online and after buying it, it actually looks a bit different in person, SO I tried to capture pictures of the actual finish, which is a Natural Low Gloss Satin Polyurethane finish, and this enables a lot of the pores of each wood to show through.
- This bass has some very slight oxidation/ wear marks on some of the metal hardware; hardly noticeable. There are some very minor surface marks/ wear scratches in the finish on the top of the guitar body, mostly on the treble side, underneath the 1st string (High G string). These wear marks are very small and subtle, and can be seen only in the right angles of light. There is a small crack in the finish only, on the upper bout/ horn of the guitar body; bass side, where the strap button is installed (SEE PICS #24, #25). This bass; with this flaw, was sent to me as such (from SweetWater!?), regardless, I ended up removing the strap button, reinstalling it and gluing it into place to ensure no deep fractures could occur. The strap button wasn't secured very well to begin with, but the crack is in the finish only. Kind of an odd spot to put the strap button, however it's a unique shape/ horn and it balances well, and should never need to be reinstalled, unless you make your own modification. There is very little fret wear, if any really- (STAINLESS STEEL FRETS), and other than what I mentioned, this bass is really in Excellent and Clean condition.
- The battery is BRAND NEW. There is no strap included with the bass guitar, however there is a nice, well padded, OEM Ibanez softcase/ gigbag included with this bass. Also you will receive the original case candy, including the Ibanez universal multi-tool, and the Maintenance Manual for this bass (SEE PIC #4).
- The guitar will be shipped with slightly loosened strings, and this 5-string electric bass guitar is currently set-up to tune to Standard "B" tuning (B E A D G). It is set-up very well as it sits; for chords and finger style playing, however it could need a new set-up based on player's preference. The strings are DR High Beam (Large Gauge) strings, 125-45. They still sound and play excellent.
