TDS Customs: Adopt, don't shop!
Revived from sorrowful near-black navy blue paint job, this Ibanez TR-70 PJ bass got new life as a much subtler blue axe with a bright orange headstock. It was stained blue, with an oil finish, using Crimson Guitars refinishing products.
This bass got a fretboard restoration, had its original electrical insides replaced with American CTS pots and a Switchcraft jack, and now sports a stained maple neck. The body was taken back to wood, stained with Crimson Guitars Stunning Stains, then finished with oil. It's got a brand new set of strings as well.
Once it was just another TR-70 PJ bass. Now it's a one-of-a-kind design by the artists at TDS Customs, ready to lay down some funky basslines.
Perfect for young musicians, learners who want a unique instrument, and bassists who enjoy the feeling of an oil finish.
