This is a 1997 Epiphone Les Paul Standard. It is a limited edition guitar that is 1 of 1000 made for Sam Ash back in the day. Often referred to as the Les Paul OBL, this LP is centered around its pair of Bill Lawrence-inspired humbuckers. These are loud and extra sensitive, fully conducive to heavy music. It has new tuners and a TP-6 tailpiece that allows for extra fine tuning. Although it is missing its pickguard and has a few nicks and dings here and there, it looks really cool.
Later becoming the basis of the Joe Perry signature model, this guitar was made in Korea's Unsung factory, known for its great build quality and craftsmanship. It plays great and sounds awesome.
