Carvin DC160 1985? Curly Maple

Here is a circa 1985 Carvin DC160 with gold hardware in stereo. Beautiful flames pics can't do justice to. Three dimensional. Ebony fretboard. Coil splitting switches and a phase switch (which has been replaced; the original with the gold top nut is included). That allows for 12 pickup combinations. Add what you can do with the tone controls to that and you have a huge palette of tones straight out of the guitar before you even plug in to any effects.
This one has the optional Kahler vibrato. When I lucked into this guitar 13 years ago it had a reverse bow in the neck. I had a luthier straighten it out, put a Maple shim under the bridge and refret it with jumbos. The upper part of the truss rod cover didn't get re-installed, but it's here along with the screws. Schaller tuners. A few small blemishes on the body. Shallow belt rash on back (nothing through the finish).Tried to show in photos but wouldn't show up. Case is clean with a couple little nicks/scrapes.
Plays nicely with plenty of room to lower the action.
