Washburn M10 Bass guitar 2003 Flat Black Steele Green Trim Type O Negative

You are looking at the ultimate Washburn M10 bass, as played by the late Peter Steele of Type O Negative. This started as a stock M10, but all of the paint was stripped and refinished by a professional luthier. The green color is a perfect match to Peter's original bass. Also added to the bass is a rare Sustainiac Bass Sustainer pickup in the neck position. There is an EMG jazz pickup in the bridge position. The bass is not the lightest, it weighs in at 12.2 lbs. The bass sounds great though. I am only selling because I need to thin out the collection a little, and I only got this back in October.

The condition is really great, there is a little wear on the green painted frets from regular use, and some very light scratches, but no missing paint, cracks, dings, etc. The bass does not come with a case. The original Washburn cases are harder to find than the bass itself, and these are very hard to come by. I have sold many basses and guitars over the years, so please know it will be packed professionally and will arrive in perfect condition.
