Energy is a Canadian made speaker made by API who also made Mirage,
now owned by Klipsch since 2006, but these speakers pre-date the
acquisition. They are said to be very good quality and certainly
would have retailed for $1000+/pair. They were marketed more as a good
quality rock or HT speakers, but sound great for other genres too.
Crystal clear highs, with full, low-end sound from the two 6.5” woofers and 0.75” tweeter.
Very efficient and great performers in either a 2 channel analog stereo setup, or a multi-channel, digital home theater configuration.
