Had to move out of my studio and unfortunately don’t have room for my beloved gigantic analog console.
For sale is a wheatstone tv1000 console (20 mono, 16 stereo channels plus 8 stereo groups and 4 master busses (crazy).
This console was Wheatstone's top of the line analog console and the last large format analog desk they made (circa 1994) has been compared to an SSL.

-each of the 20 mono input Channel's have 2 clean, and articulate preamps per Chanel and two mic inputs allowing you to choose between two discreetly different mics and preamp settings per channel which opens up a huge array of possibilities. Each channel has the same redundancy in the line inputs.

-All mono and stereo input channels have fully sweepable precise parametric eq.

-All mono and stereo channels have inserts, 8 aux sends, buss assign, 2 line inputs with independent gain, metering, and much more.

All16 stereo input channels have all the features of the mono channels (minus mic amps)plus the option of running as mono, stereo, or mid side (MS).

This desk also has an in depth master section, an in depth monitor section, tone generator, talkback and much more including a bunch of broadcast specific features.

The console also has 8 stereo subgroup masters, 4 stereo busses and way too many more features to describe.

There is also some sort of event computer that I never tried to configure or anything but it supposedly can be used for some sort of recall of some sort for complex broadcast situations.

The console has been sitting in storage for a few years since leaving my old space and is being sold as is. The only issue I am aware of is with the vu meters, (I never use them so I never bothered to calibrate them or service them. Could be just a bulb replacement or could be something more. I don't know.)
but since it’s been in storage, i will assume a level of maintenance would be required

Included in the sale with the console are the power supply's, console legs/stand, manuals, schematics, and documentation.

$6,500 or best offer (this cost over $300,000 new).
**all reasonable offers will be considered**
The console is currently in temporary storage in Greenpoint Brooklyn.

You will need to bring a few strong people to move this. It weighs a gazillion pounds and is about 8 or 9 feet long. You will also need to rent a uhaul for this. It's not going to fit in a van.

Google "four Foot studios sonic scoop" for a story written about my studio shortly before I had to close the doors. There are some good photos of the console in the story.

You can find a PDF of the manual at the Wheatstone website. It's worth looking at for all the features of the console

Any questions, please ask.
