Ventura Bruno V-12 (vintage) acoustic guitar up for sale. This guitar belongs to my father-in-law and he discussed his interest in selling recently, so I gave the guitar a full cleaning, conditioned the fretboard, and re-strung with D'Addario coated phosphor bronze custom lights (.11-.52).
The guitar is in good shape overall, and sounds terrific. Not sure of the exact age, but based on the model and everything I've seen online would be somewhere close to 1968-1972 or so (my best guess); the aged wood has a terrific organic tone. Fretboard is good overall, some small nicks etc to be expected with a vintage guitar (please see pictures for detailed condition).
Guitar is ready to play as-is, and the only thing I've noted that may need to be addressed is the bridge. Has typical lifting of the bridge (see pictures for overall lift, especially at both of the side edges). Note that I restrung the guitar within the last two months and have kept it in standard tuning, playing it for an hour or so with no issues whatsoever, however I'm sure this will require a re-glue or new bridge at some point to prevent any issues. Strap button has been cut off for a flat surface on the side of the guitar as well.
Great vintage guitar in good overall shape (see pictures). Please ask any and all questions and I'll do my best to get back to you quickly.
Thanks,
John
