Incredible, rare Shot Jackson Commemorative Double Neck 10-string pedal steel guitar.
Hand crafted by Harry and David Jackson, sons of Shot Jackson.
Classic, rich Sho-Bud tone, similar to the Permanent models (see YouTube video link for TC Furlong playing "Lineman of the County").
8 foot pedals, 7 knee levers (see Copedent under images).
Patented Dual Pulling Heads (lowers on keyhead end, raises on tailplate end).
Custom lacquer amber and natural finish.
Exquisite, figured hard rock maple.
Excellent, super clean condition.
Hard shell case.
Originally custom built for TC Furlong.
TC’s comments: “I hate to part with it but it needs someone who will play it and appreciate its wonderful tone, beautiful lacquer finish, precision machining and highly figured maple. Pedal action is very easy and smooth. It stays in tune and best of all it rings like a bell. Great sustain too.”
