Yamaha RA-200 R rotating vibrato chorus speaker combo amp RA-200R as-is

Bought this rare amp with dreams of fixing it up and chopping it down to just the spinning top speakers, but haven't gotten around to it and need to let it go. This is a project (not working) amp sold as is.

These amps are super rare, often held by studios. The unique rotating tremolo / vibrato / Leslie sound is all over David Gilmour's guitar work on Pink Floyd classics like Animals and the Wall.
This one needs repair to get going again.

Amp is missing power cable.
There should be 3 amp boards (2 for the bottom 4 speakers [1 amp per 2 speakers], & 1 amp for the 3 rotating speakers up top). 1 amp is missing (and was missing when I bought it). (I’m told you they’re same amp boards in the RA-100, Yamaha Electone organs, etc. from around the same time in case buyer wants to price one out.)
A number of pots (control knobs) are broken off / need to be replaced.
The case shows wear and tear, but is solid. Casters / wheels work great.
The three rotating speakers look great, all their electronics look present as I believe are the 4 speakers in the cabinet.
(My plan was to move 1 board over, hook up all the wires, connect a power cable, then chop the whole case down to just the electronics and rotating speakers, losing the size / heft / weight of the bottom 4 speakers).
