Top of the line Heritage archtop guitar with incredible tone. Perhaps the most under-appreciated guitar company there is. Made in the old Gibson factory; Heritage founders were Gibson builders. Some of the features: Mother of pearl inlay, floating pickup with volume and tone controls, all gold plated hardware, imperial tuners, multi-ply binding. Binding on the bass bout has a purple hue to it (see pictures). A nice Reverb.com watcher explained that this is case tarnish where the nitro coat has not quite cured, before guitar being placed in the case. Maybe this was a custom order guitar on a deadline. Some high profile players know how good Heritage guitars are (Alex Skolnick, Kenny Burrell, Boz Scaggs, Mimi Fox). Comfortable to play, slightly smaller than an L5. Pickguard has some wear.
