With its customary D soundhole, 12-fret cutaway and darkened spruce top with laminate mahogany back and sides, this hand-crafted Antoine Di Mauro 'Grand Bouche' displays a prominent and focused volume and projection of sound. The original tuners have been refitted with high quality replacements, but this true vintage solid top manouche plays superbly with its traditional mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard with a precision and clarity that only truly aged guitars of this style can.

This is a pre-owned Gypsy Jazz guitar in a very well-loved condition, having been toured and played significantly over the last forty-or-so years. It has been refinished and has had a new tailpiece and moustache bridge added. French-made Di Mauro instruments, alongside Busato, Gerome and Favino crafted guitars are some of the most respected and reputedly high-grade players you can come across. This is a true working players instrument with a tried-and-true aesthetic. The price includes a hardcase.
