Enhanced SGX-2 Grand Piano Sound Engine - The KRONOS piano engine has always offered huge collections of non-looped/natural decay stereo samples, recorded for every key, with additional unique tools to customize the piano to your needs. Inheriting all of this SGX-1 functionality, the enhanced SGX-2 Grand Piano engine introduces the Berlin Grand piano to the existing deep German Grand and lively Japanese Grand. The Berlin Grand offers resonant piano sound with a striking sense of depth. Other enhancements to the SGX-2 engine included Sympathetic String Resonance and Una Corda (soft pedal – literally "one-string") samples.

Return Policy

This product can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Special Conditions

At Full Compass your satisfaction is our top priority. Merchandise may be returned within 15 business days of receipt without restocking charge if the original manufacturer's carton is unopened and undamaged. If the package has been opened a minimum restocking charge of 15% or $10.00, whichever is greater, will be charged. Used or damaged merchandise, missing accessories or packaging will increase the restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns. Items originally sent via "free shipping" will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns.

Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise, tape, gel, lamps, books, opened software, ear-phones, chemicals, or on bids and contracts. All returns must have an RA-number on the package.

**Parts: Installed service parts purchased from Full Compass are non-returnable unless they are defective upon arrival. In addition, all defective returns are exchange only - no money will be refunded.

All returns must receive prior approval and an RA number in order to be accepted by our warehouse. Any package returned without an RA number will be refused by our warehouse. RA numbers expire 30 days after issuance, if the item is not returned within 30 days the item is no longer eligible for return.
