Up for sale is this absolutely gorgeous Yamaha Maple Custom Absolute in a bop/jazz configuration (14x18, 7x10, 8x12, 13x14 and a jazzy 6x14 snare). I like to chose only one rack tom at a time (the 10 or 12 using a single post) so this is the ultimate jazz/bop setup for maximum versatility.

The finish is caramel sparkle lacquer (not a wrap) and comes with the single point, hook lugs upgrade (better for shell resonance, less hardware), it’s also really handy for quick head change. This was the top of the line model.

This kit was basically shelved after a brief show at the Montreal Jazz Festival. Looks new.

These last made in Japan absolute will only gain in notoriety and collectability, so here’s your chance to own this rare complete kit (with matching snare) in a really cool color. Don’t miss your chance as they don’t come up often. Will swap the fiberskyn reso head for the black Yamaha one.
