Condition Description: EXC - Hoop is in excellent condition. No cracks in the wood. Seam has minor separation though still tight, and a chipped piece of wood on inner taper head side. Original Black paint shows wear and paint loss. Chrome over steel inlay is 100% intact with original staples. Shows some rust and corrosion. Lays flat with no warps or bends. In Round within 1/4", smallest measurement: 23 15/16"
