This gorgeous Navigator is in near-MINT condition, plays perfectly, and sounds amazing (see specs below). Highly sought after Navigator guitars are built by the ESP custom shop, are only sold in Japan, and are rarely found in the U.S. As ESP's premium brand, the quality, craftsmanship, and tone of Navigators is on par with the very best in the world. Single cut, LP-style Navigators such as this one are generally listed at around 540,000 Yen or between $4k-$5k new.

The condition of this particular specimen is fantastic. There are a few small scratches or nics on the headstock (see headstock pics) and a couple faint marks on the side of the body (see last two pics). There is also some light fret wear in a couple places, but it does not affect playability at all and there is plenty of life left (the vast majority) in the frets. If not for these minor signs of wear, this guitar would be in perfect, mint condition.
Tonally, this beauty is highly resonant---unplugged it's loud and each individual note is very clear and distinct. Plugged-in, it produces a very big, open, powerful, classic LP tone that is also very "woody" and organic. I've owned many Gibson LP Standards and Customs over the years and this beauty smokes them all---hands down!
Why am I selling? I own two Navigator single cuts and both are phenomenal guitars. Their tone and feel are actually so similar to each other that I can barely tell them apart without looking sometimes. As a result, neither guitar is getting the full attention it deserves. My other Navigator LP (a 1993 model) has substantial wear. So, of the two that I own, this newer one is simply more marketable and thus makes sense as the one I will part with.
The noteworthy specs are listed below. The original Navigator case (also near-mint condition), case candy, and warranty card will be included with purchase (see pics). Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.
Please check my seller feedback and buy with confidence!
