wiring harness for Telecaster, by

Standard strat 3-way wiring.
Matched CTS 450s series pots. Both sleeve and shaft made of brass (check last photos for samples).
High grade NOS J.A.N. cap made by Aerovox.
This is a military grade cap, made by Aerovox in 1967. We don't use modern reproductions of p.i.o. caps. Both ends are glass sealed.
We take great pride for being very meticulous about the stuff we build or repair, and so we only use the best available materials for all our harness and
soldering work.
The parts for this specific harness are:

Tone 244,2K
Aerovox p.i.o. capacitor measured at exactly 47,04nF
CRL 3-way switch
Switchcraft output jack
Berme solid core wire and insulation
We call this version the "Classic" because the cap value is the classic capacitance value used in Teles after 1967, until today.
Wiring is like a standard Tele.
And yes, we're pretty much oldschool so we still use a typewriter for our certificates...

The
supply for these caps is very low. Finding them completely new (as we
do) and not de-soldered from some other piece of equipment, is getting
even harder.
Also, custom ordering and matching the pots with as low tolerance, is a bit difficult as well.
So,
these will be limited run items. We have enough parts to built around 20 wiring harnesses for Les Pauls and we also built and
sell them from our physical store where we mainly repair, modify and
service guitars.

All our parts are matched using a high grade LCR meter and not just a
tester/nultimeter like most do.
This way we can match pots more precisely and down to a value of miliOhms and
caps as low as femtoFarads.
Along with the harness, you will get a certificate stating all the parts listed
and specific pots and cap values for the harness you will receive.
We will also give you details on where to solder your guitar's pickup wires on the switch.
