Here is a real SRD Rockman XP100 stereo guitar amp! It is one of the rarest Tom Scholz items ever made. It contains the XPR effects bank and uncouples into two separate halves for a wide, stereo sound. It has speakers built in, but it really sings when you use it to power external speakers.
To quote Tom Scholz himself: "The temptation was of course to build a guitar amp that would have an XPR as a preamp section. The guitar amp would of course be stereo, and stereo called of course for separable cabs for a wider image. That was the XP100 Programmable Stereo Amp: the XPR with a 2x50W stereo amp, housed in a double enclosure with compact 6 inches Pyle speakers..."
This is an amazing unit. As you can see, it has it all: compressor, sustainer, distortion, delay, reverb... you name it! It has EQ points at both the beginning and ending of the signal path. All the effects are analog but are controlled digitally (including volume and EQ), allowing the user to write up to 100 presets in the on-board memory and recall those presets either on the front panel of the amp or with a midi-pedal. If that's not enough, it also has an effects loop! It has master volume controls and a low / high power switch and a headphone jack, too.
Everything works perfectly and there is no damage of any kind other than normal wear and tear, and even that is almost non-existant.
Only 500 XP100s were made. Scholz is a genius when it comes to this kind of stuff! That's why it receives a collect-ability rating of "A".
There are no hisses, clicks, pops, or excessive noise on any channel. The grill cloth is slightly stretched but there are no tears. It has the original Pyle 6" speakers.
