Selling my barely used First Act Custom Shop Tugger bass!
This is a beauty, originally made for Josh Newton (Every Time I Die, The Damned Things, Shiner etc). He also had this ones twin-brother (Same bass just opposite colors, as seen in the We've Got a Situation Here video)
This is a lefthand bass (and since I'm right handed), I thought of flipping it and using it as a sort of Mosrite style shape - This would work with ease, one would just need some work on the nut.
Changing the strap-pin from the horn to the back of the neck/body joint is something I've done (just using one of the same screws that are holding the neck).
Has DiMarzio Split-P pickups that sound great, I have another First Act with Precision Bass pickups (Lace Aluma P's), but these sound equally awesome.
The inlay on the 12th fret says 10 1/2, as a reference to Black Flag - "Who's Got The 10 1/2?"
The new price tag on this was 2499$ directly from First Acts Custom Shop. It's in overall excellent condition, with a few little dings and scratches, but it hasn't been played more than a couple of hours since I got it last year.
If it sells fast I will even ship this free - Worldwide.
