I have a set of LP Fuego conga drums that include the stand and carrying cases. They are from the early 2000s and still play beautifully. The drums are purple and measure 11" and 10.25". One of the drums has a noticeable scrap near the top, but it is purely cosmetic (see pics for details).
This would be a great set if you're just getting started, or don't want to invest a ton.
